Welcome to TCA Volleyball
Welcome to the 2011-12 TCA club volleyball season. TCA will have a new website this year which will make it much easier to communicate with each other. We will also continue to use this website as well. Here you can find the instructions on how to get registered for tryouts and all about our new partnership with allplayers.com. I am excited to begin my 2nd year with TCA and my 18th year of coaching club volleyball and look forward to a rewarding club season. Last season all of my seniors received volleyball scholarships to play in college and we have had a few Juniors already make their verbal commitments. Congratulations to all of them.
Club Volleyball or sports in general is not about the hope of a scholarship it is about learning how to be a part of something bigger than yourself. It is about team and relationship building. Learning how to deal with success and failure. All of these things help us learn how to work with others to achieve our goals and team goals, while teaching us important life lessons. If you are fortunate to earn a scholarship that is just icing on the cake. I hope you will come to our informational meetings and tryouts this season.

Blueprint of a Champion

Club volleyball along with most youth sports has traditionally focused on winning competitions as the ultimate measure of success. At TCA, we look at winning as one measure of success, but we believe that our players (and coaches) are winners because of the principles and life lessons that we teach to kids who choose to play volleyball. Welcome to the 2010/2011 volleyball season. We are so excited as we anticipate a great season in Atlanta.
The main goal of TCA is simple and can be summarized in five words: Player development for ALL players. I am committed to making sure that your players improve so that they can make their middle school and high school teams.
This year TCA will provide many different opportunities for our athletes to improve their play and take their game to the next level. In addition to the high level training that they will receive during the club season with their teams, we will be making a push for our players to take advantage of additional training to fit their needs year round.
